The High Performance Casino and TGM

The High Performance Casino:
Using Automated Table Game Management (TGM) to Boost Profitability, Productivity and Game Protection
For casinos, table games aren't just games of luck. They're big business - and how well you manage player development and comps can have a huge impact on your bottom line. In this pre-recorded webinar hosted by gaming and security expert Douglas Florence, you'll see how effective table game management can help your casino turn a winning profit.

Webinar overview:

If you're still using manual methods to track your casino's table games, you're missing out. NICE's Table Game Management (TGM) solution employs sophisticated video analytics that track playing cards, player decisions, ID cards and game outcomes - taking the guesswork out of table game management to enhance your casino's game protection, productivity and profit. In this webinar, you'll learn everything you need to know about NICE's automated Table Game Management solution. You'll discover how you can drive more revenue to your casino's bottom line through:

  • Focused, customer-driven marketing campaigns that comp players according to their actual value and skill;
  • Automated reporting and metrics that can help you assess, track and improve dealer productivity;
  • Occupancy data and operational intelligence that can help you make better business decisions and enhance table game profitability and performance;
  • Real-time video analytics and alerts that can cut fraud and save money by detecting dealer errors, advantage players, cheaters and collusion.
