Chris Wooten, President, Security Americas, NICE Systems

Chris Wooten is President for the Security Division for NICE Systems in the Americas. Under his leadership, NICE Systems’ has grown into the security powerhouse it is today – with more than 5,000 security customer installations, including 9 of the 10 top U.S. cities, the New York City Police Department, the FAA, and many of the world’s leading transportation centers and systems. Chris came to NICE Systems in 2000 through NICE’s acquisition of Thales Contact Solutions, where Chris previously served as Vice President and General Manager for the Americas. Prior to Thales, Chris held executive level positions with JTECH Communications and Motorola.

Jeffrey P. Winbourne, ENP, PMP, President of Winbourne & Costas, Inc.

Jeff Winbourne, ENP, PMP, is the President of Winbourne & Costas.  Since the establishment of Winbourne & Costas in 2000, the Company has provided technical and management consulting services to over 70 federal, state, local and foreign governments.  Jeff has over 10 years of experience in public safety systems working on some of the largest 911-related projects in the US, including facility design, telecommunications, CAD/RMS/Mobile systems as well as operations.  Jeff has worked for MAXIMUS, Booz-Allen & Hamilton and Andersen during his career.
